WWE Summerslam: Events Update!



The 2021 edition of WWE SummerSlam is set to take place on Saturday, Aug. 21 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada -- the home of the Las Vegas Raiders. It is the 34th edition of one of the WWE's signature events, and it's set to be headlined by a pair of world title matches featuring returning legends.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about SummerSlam 2021,

John Cena will challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal championship, and Cena has history in his sights. If he wins at SummerSlam, Cena will become a 17-time world champion and surpass Ric Flair in WWE's record books for the most world title reigns in history.



Goldberg is not officially locked in as Bobby Lashley's challenger for the WWE championship yet, but his return to Monday Night Raw and face-to-face staredown with the current champion has all but guaranteed that match.


And fresh off successfully cashing in her Money in the Bank contract, Nikki A.S.H. will defend her Raw women's championship against former champions Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley.
